Actress Audrey Hepburn and her husband Mel Ferrer are shown as they arrive for the premiere of A Farewell to Arms. According to contemporary sources, Miss Hepburn collapsed in the powder room of Grauman's Chinese Theatre after one scene in which Jennifer Jones went through the agony of childbirth.
